Three decades of dedication to traditional pastry making
Giannis Dagkos began his journey in pastry making in 1982 in Koimisi, Serres. After studies and experience in Thessaloniki and Paris, he returned to create one of the most beloved pastry shops in the region.

1st Place — Buffalo Ice Cream Specialization
At the 2025 AETOI Patisserie Awards, Dagkos earned 1st place in the Buffalo Ice Cream Specialization category, as voted by customers. Our ice cream is made from pure buffalo milk from Kerkini Lake in 6 flavors.
