The biggest millefeuille in Greece

On Sunday, August 26, at the Herakleia festival in Serres, our team created the biggest millefeuille in Greece: 9.76 meters long, 0.5 meters wide and 200.5 kg total weight. The dessert was served free to all attendees.
Preparation took 48 hours, while making and serving required 3 hours by 10 volunteers.
Puff pastry: 20 kg butter, 13 kg water, 2.5 kg sugar and 30 kg flour.
Pastry cream: 55 kg milk, 15 kg sugar, 10 kg cornstarch, 150 eggs (~15 kg) and vanilla.
Topping: 20 kg whipped cream, 10 kg breadcrumbs and 10 kg powdered sugar.
